DINOSAUR PARK

We went to the dinosaur park in Ogden for Memorial day. We didn't get there till 6:00. It was the perfect time of day to go. We were practically the only people there, which was so nice.

The kids had so much fun playing in the park area. They especially loved the treehouse slide and Ryan loved playing in the sand while Collin enjoyed climbing up on the animals.

Collin enjoyed comparing his hands to the size of the donosaur prints. He also loved to look at the volcano. Ryan had so much fun just running around.

We bought season passes that are good for a whole year. It will pay for itself after only 2 visits. So we look forward to going back soon.

This was the inside display of the T-Rex and the triceratops. It was kind of dark and the sound is slightly off but it is still pretty cool.

Gall bladder and Stones

Well I had my gall bladder taken out on Tuesday May 14. Sorry this looks kinda gross. There are four stones in this picture and I'm pretty sure there are still more in the gall bladder. There are a bunch of brown clots in the brown liquid - Those were the beginnings of new stones so I'm glad I had it taken out.
I'm feeling a lot better today. Yesterday in the hospital every time I would relax and almost fall asleep the monitors would beep because my breathing would slow down. So I had to breath into a mask that was supposed to open my lungs and help me breathe better.
As for the operation pains the medicine is keeping the pain under control. I have cut the dosage because the vicodin was making me sick. When I'm sitting down I feel okay. When I stand up I can feel the incisions. But I think I am doing pretty well.

Long Night

I have been having pains in my back and ribs for the last week. I assumed it was gas pains (although I didn't have gas) so I didn't worry about it. Yesterday evening the pains started and didn't go away all night. At about 2:30 it got so bad I thought I was going to pass out. So I called my Parents and my dad came over and Adam gave me a blessing. The pain lessened quickly but I still felt it so I went to the hospital. He gave me a sonogram and I have gall stones. I will find out today if I have to have an operation to have them taken out. Which I think an operation is imminent. It was 5:00 when I got home and Ryan got up at 6:45 so I am exhausted.
